Chocolate Pudding Pie

I made a guiltless dessert tonight that was oh so yummy! As Rachel Ray would say it was "figure friendly." However, Jeremy and I ate half of the pie so I think we defeated the purpose...oh well! :)

Ingredients:
graham cracker crust (we had a store bought one)
1 package sugar free chocolate pudding
1 3/4 cups skim milk
2 cups lite cool whip
3 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
about 2 spoonfuls of powdered sugar
caramel sauce (the ice cream squeeze bottle stuff- does that make sense??)

Mix the milk with the pudding and pour into crust. Mix cool whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar. After pudding has set for about 5 minutes spread the cool whip mixture on top of the pudding. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Drizzle caramel on top and enjoy!!
