Breakfast Casserole
Frozen hashbrown potatoes (southern style; use about 2/3-3/4 of a 32 oz bag)
Diced ham or sliced cooked sausage links
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
8 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
pepper
Spray 9x13 in pan. Layer hashbrowns, meat and cheese. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour milk and egg mixture over layers in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until egg is solid.
