Finger Steaks

1 round steak cut into strips

Mix:
1 egg
1 C. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
add enough water to make batter
Dip your steak strips into the batter and deep fry until browned. This was one of my all time favorites growing up. My mom couldn't make enough. This is actually Eric's favorite! :)
