Chicken Parmesan

This is SUPER easy and fast! It's a great way to use leftover spaghetti sauce...Wow my very own "bottom of the jar" recipe (as Rachael Ray would call it)! Is anyone else a Rachael Ray fan??

Ingredients:
boneless skinless chicken breast
bread crumbs (you could use italian seasoned bread crumbs and omit the italian seasoning, I've also used shake and bake before)
italian seasoning
grated parmesan cheese - the cheap canned stuff works fine
spaghetti sauce- I just use the stuff out of the jar (Ragu, to be exact- but you could use any type of marinara)
grated cheese (whatever kind you prefer or have on hand will work, I use colby jack)
1 egg
milk

Directions:
Mix egg and a little bit of milk together in shallow dish. Mix bread crumbs, italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese in another shallow dish. Coat chicken in egg mixture then coat in bread crumb mixture. Place in baking dish lined with foil (easier clean up). Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes or until juices run clear. During the last 5-10minutes of baking top each piece of chicken with a couple big spoonfuls of spaghetti sauce, then top with grated cheese. When spaghetti sauce is hot and cheese is melted it's done! Yummy!
