Corn Salsa

Again, it might look weird - but it is such a healthy and tasty dip for torilla chips. My husband goes crazy for this stuff - especially to eat during a football game, or a get together.

1 can corn
1 can blk. eyed peas
1/2 can blk. olives (chopped)
1 pkg. "Good Seasons" Italian Dressing
1/2 bunch Cilantro (chopped)
1/2 bunch green onions (chopped)
2 chopped avacados
2 chopped tomatoes

Make the pkg. of dressing first, then after you throw everything together you can pour the dressing on top. If you think you might have leftovers, keep the avacado seeds in the salsa (don't eat them) and they will help keep the avacados from browning in the fridge. Brilliant huh? *I know*

Yes! This is delish! I have a recipe for it and it has a purple onion, cumin, salt, and black beans in it too. Yum-o!
