Cranberry Chicken

Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 55 mins

4 chicken breasts frozen
1 can whole cranberries
1 packet onion soup mix
Catalina dressing (enough to make mixture smooth)

Mix cranberries, soup mix and catalina together. Place chicken in a baking dish, pour cranbery mixture over the top. Bake at 400* for 55 mins.

This is great served over rice.

I made this for dinner tonight. My husband was kinda worried when I told him what the ingredients were, but after he tried it he really liked it!
