Chicken Filling

You can use this for chicken quesadillas, chicken flour tacos, chicken corn tacos. Just be creative.

2 C. shredded Monterey cheese
1/4 C. butter
2 tsp. chili powder
garlic to taste
frest or dried onion
2 cans Snows Chicken Breast (nest to the tuna in store)

Add everything but the cheese and heat through. Add the cheese and mix all together. Sometimes I add fresh spinach leaves just before I add the cheese. Or you can add oregano and cilantro. But only if you love that mexican flavor like I do.
