Creamy Pesto Dressing

Have any of you ever been to the Spagetti Factory. Well, this tastes just like their creamy pesto. You need a food processor to mix this or a blender.

3/4 C. Buttermilk
3/4 C. Canola oil (canola works best)
1 C. Mayo
2 Tbl. dried basil
2 cloves garlic
2-3 shakes of tabasco (I use Franks hot sauce)

Blend this on high for a few minutes. If you don't the oil will separate and be yucky. This dressing is a good on iceberg lettuce and served with a home made spagetti and breadsticks. Yummo!
