Skillet Steak

We love Love LOVE this recipe! It's not a super quick meal, but it's well worth it. It's perfect if you love a strong flavor. This recipe is set for 2 people, so adjust it accordingly. Don't worry - you won't mess up the flavor if you add more or less of something. (In fact, I usually don't even measure...I just add according to smell or taste)

2 Sirloin Steaks
1/2 tsp. salt, divided
1/2 tsp. pepper, divided
1 T Olive Oil
3 T chicken broth
1/2 - 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
4 T chopped green onions
1 T butter
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard

1. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper
2. Cook steaks in olive oil over medium-high heat
3. Remove steaks and keep warm
4. Add broth to skillet
5. Stir in mushrooms, onions, butter, W. sauce, mustard, & remaining salt and pepper
6. Bring to a boil; sautee and stir until mushrooms are tender.
7. Serve oer steaks

It's really good! It's worth it to try at least once. Good Luck!
