Taco Soup

I'm sure everyone already has a recipe for taco soup, but I love anything Mexican, and this recipe is so easy.

1 lb. hamburger, browned (my husband doesn't like a ton of hamburger in stuff, so I usually only use about 1/4 pound)
1 can kidney beans, with juice
1 can pork & beans
1 can corn, with juice
1 package taco seasoning
2-3 cups of tomato juice (you can use more or less depending on how thick you want it).

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Simmer 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve with a spoonful of sour cream and tortilla chips.

I LOVE this recipe because it's so easy, it's all in cans!
