Chicken Kebobs
1 Tbsp orange juice concentrate
2 Tbsp apple juice
1 Tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
desired veggies: green pepper slices, onion slices, red pepper slices, pineapple chunks, zuchinni slices

Combine first 7 ingredients. Cut chicken lengthwise into 1/2- 3/4 inch wide strips. Add chicken pieces and veggies to marinade refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread chicken (accordian style) and veggies onto skewers. Broil about 4 minutes per side, brushing occasionally with marinade....or if you are lucky and have a BBQ- use that!!
